Rental Policies
Thank you for visiting the Eminence Luxury Services website. Please
review all of our rental policies prior to reserving a vehicle. Should you have

Rental Requirements
All renters must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be 21 years or older (25 for certain vehicles)
- Must have a major credit card in your name.
- Must carry full coverage automotive insurance that is transferable to the vehicle.
Documents
At the time of rental, you must have with you a drivers license,
insurance card, and the credit card with which you reserved your rental.
Vehicles are available to international visitors with a valid passport and
drivers license from their home country, as well as the standard insurance and
credit card requirements.
Additional Drivers
There is no charge for additional drivers, however all drivers must
meet the same rental requirements as the primary renter, and must be approved at
the time of rental or upon prior arrangement with Eminence Luxury Services.
Rental Period
Cars rented on a daily basis should be returned within 24 hours of
delivery. After a one hour grace period, late charges may apply. For the
convenience of our clients, vehicles may be returned to most airport or hotel
valets upon prior arrangement with Eminence Luxury Services.
Payment Methods
Eminence Luxury Services accepts all major credit cards, including
Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Cashiers checks, cash, and
business checks may be accepted upon prior arrangement with Eminence Luxury
Services.
Cancellation Policy
The rental fee will be charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.
If plans change, the rental fee can be applied for future use.
Pickup, Drop Off, and Delivery
We offer complimentary pickup and drop off service to all Las Vegas
area airports or hotels, and we can deliver the vehicle of your choice anywhere
in the Las Vegas valley. For the ultimate in convenience, all rental paperwork
can be verified in advance or upon delivery. Contact any of our VIP Service
Associates for full details.
Driving Area Restrictions
We allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States,
however certain restrictions apply. Please notify us if you plan on driving the
vehicle outside Nevada so that we can provide you with written authorization.
Acceptable Use
No matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they
will not use the vehicle for off-roading, drive it on a racetrack, or be
involved in any illegal exhibitions of speed. For the pleasure of all future
renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if
this policy is violated.
Private Drivers
If you want to arrive in style but would not rather to worry about
traffic and directions, prefer to work or relax while traveling, or just want to
to sit back and enjoy the luxury experience while seeing all that Las Vegas
has to offer, we can arrange a private driver for any vehicle at an additional
cost. Please contact any VIP Service Associate for more information.
Special Equipment
Should you need any special equipment, such as child-seats, phone
chargers, etc., we will be happy to accommodate you.
Production Use
Additional photos of all of our vehicles are available for production
